Injury Prevention Training

1. Consulting. Consultant will address current injury problems, assess risks for injuries, and develop/implement practical strategies for reduced injuries and overall cost savings.
3. Work-Specific Exercises. Consultant will develop exercise routines specific for various departments and teach the routine to the employees. Consultant will provide training for leadership in order to continue implementation.
4. Pre-Work Screenings. Consultant will assess the physical abilities of new hires to ensure physical capacity to perform duties of new job.
5. On-site Evaluation/Treatment of Injuries. Consultant will perform on-site evaluation of work injuries in order to treat them quickly and efficiently.
6. Ergonomics Assessment/Training. Consultant will assess individuals and departments for ergonomics deficiencies, provide written recommendations, and train in ergonomics improvements.
7. New Hire Training. Consultant will provide hands-on training for injury prevention. Upon completion, employees will be tested for proper demonstration of techniques and will be given written feedback.
